As a Listing Agent, Lisa works with luxury homes, new construction, starter homes and investment/rental properties. She works with sellers and provides a Comparative Market Analysis for their Property. She markets the property effectively, including professional photography, online advertising and suggestions on staging. She will even arrange for professional staging if needed. She also has many connections with contractors, movers, and housekeepers who can all help you get your home ready for listing. Lisa will assist with evaluating offers and negotiating the sale price as well as terms and contingencies of the sale for her buyers. At closing, she guides the seller through the process ensuring all paperwork is completed correctly and on time. She also has a Transaction Coordinator on her team, who plays a key role in ensuring everything progresses smoothly!
Buying Process
Lisa works hard for her buyers and helps them along every step of the way. From finding a suitable property for her buyer, to negotiating offers, and guiding them through the purchase process. She works within her clients' budgets to find properties that meet their criteria as well as scheduling and conducting property showings. She guides her buyers through the closing process, ensuring all paperwork is completed correctly and on time.
